These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Forexty website and Forex CRM platform.
By accessing or using Forexty's website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable financial regulations. You are responsible for your account, your users and the accuracy of data you provide.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with notice.
The platform, software and brand assets are owned by Forexty and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service.
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to facilitate unlawful activity.
The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forexty disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Forexty does not provide financial, investment or legal advice.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may cancel in accordance with your plan.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forexty operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
